Studio 1181 accepts returns within 7 days of confirmed delivery. Requests after 7 days will not be accepted.
We do not accept returns for change of mind or style preference.
You must record an unedited video of opening the package. Returns without a valid unboxing video will be denied.
We do not accept returns on worn, washed, or altered items. All returns must be unworn with original tags attached.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Use a trackable method.
Approved returns refunded to original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Sale items and discount-code purchases are final sale and non-refundable.
All orders require full payment before processing or shipping. We do not hold orders without payment.
